Nourishing eating

Food as a resource for life

For me, nourishing eating is far more than just food. It is one of the basic tools I use to support the state of my body, my energy level, clarity of mind and the ability to sense myself and the space around me subtly.

My body is my instrument

The spiritual does not exist apart from the body

I see my body as my main physical instrument, because my work involves sensing, intuition, claircognizance, channeling and conducting subtle energies. That is why it matters to me to feel my body as well as I can, to notice its signals and to give it enough resources every day for a full life.

It is hard to talk about subtle sensing, intuition and inner clarity when the physical body is constantly exhausted, short of sleep or lacking the resources it needs. That is why, for me, spiritual growth never exists apart from the physical body. The more attentive I am to my body, the steadier my state becomes and the easier it is to hear myself.

When I speak of high vibrations, I mean above all a state in which there is enough life energy, clarity, sensitivity to oneself, the wish to act and contact with one’s own body.

My day

A diet built with intention

Every day the body needs protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, fibre and water, and I realised long ago that it matters to me to build my diet with intention rather than rely on a random set of foods through the day. That is exactly why Herbalife products have been part of my eating system for eighteen years. For me they are a convenient way to complement my usual diet, save time, keep track of what my meals contain and stay consistent even on days when there is no time to cook for long.

For many years the foundation of my daily diet has been the balanced Herbalife breakfast: a plant-based aloe drink, a herbal drink and a protein shake. What makes this set convenient is above all its simplicity: in the morning I don’t need to spend much time preparing food, and yet I get a complete meal with protein. I also like that there are many flavours and ways to prepare it, so the same basic product can be used in completely different ways and turned into recipes of my own.

During the day I sometimes add protein bars or products with a higher protein and fibre content, if my schedule or circumstances call for it. This doesn’t happen often: right now two meals a day feel comfortable to me, and I know well how to build my main meals so that I don’t feel a constant need to snack.

With love for myself

Awareness instead of the fear of breaking rules

My usual diet contains practically no dairy, gluten, added sugar or animal protein. I don’t drink alcohol or sugary fizzy drinks, I don’t smoke, and I have lived a healthy lifestyle for many years. At the same time, I don’t live in a system of rigid bans. What I value far more is a state in which the body itself stops asking for the things that leave it feeling heavy. If I really want a particular food, I can allow myself to have it without guilt, because the foundation of my eating is awareness.

Over eighteen years I have gathered a great deal of personal experience in observing my body, and I can see how closely food is connected with how I feel and with my stamina. I don’t consider food the only reason for feeling well: a person’s state is shaped by sleep, movement, stress, emotional background, genetics, the environment and many other factors. But food remains the foundation I can influence every day.

I built this system practically from scratch, observing my body, its reactions, my energy level and how I felt. Today I use this experience not only for myself: I help other people make sense of their own eating, build a clear structure and find a format that can be kept up in real life for many years.

What I call nourishing eating

Your own system, not someone else’s menu

People today live at a very fast pace, and sometimes the wish to “eat right” is simply not enough. You need to understand what your diet consists of, how much protein, fibre, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals it contains, how regularly you eat and how the food you choose affects your state. For myself, I combine ordinary whole foods with modern nutrition products that make a diet more convenient and more predictable in its composition.

This is exactly what I call nourishing eating: a system that supports the body and fits into real life. There is no universal menu here that suits everyone, because everyone has their own body, their own lifestyle and their own needs. There is something else — an understanding of the principles, attentiveness to yourself and a willingness to gradually create your own way of eating, one you won’t have to push through by willpower every day.

For me, such a system has become one of the foundations of quality of life and the resource that has allowed me, for many years, to feel my body and do what is truly my task.
